Plumbing College introduce an interactive e-learning plumbing programme...

The recent introduction of free access to an online interactive plumbing programme will help Plumbing College students understand key concepts from within the plumbing industry.

This programme combines the presentation and explanation of technical and legislative information with knowledge review assessment style questions and situation exercises or scenarios to reinforce the course material.

It is based on multi-award winning virtual reality technology and has been developed using the latest 3D animation, graphics, video clips and sound.

Users will be able to practice and learn in their own time, at their own pace and in the comfort of their own home. The unique e-learning programme helps bridge the gap between theory and practical.

The programme contains end test assessments and interactive scenarios to test students knowledge. Results, performance, recommendations and best practice will be shown at the end of each exercise.

After completing the training students will:
  • Enhance their knowledge and understanding
  • Be more proficient with gas and plumbing techniques
  • Have a clear understanding of current legislation's
  • Be competent at fault finding and rectification
  • Be more confident to carry out practical work
